talent and assessment Inc. announced that it has raised an equity round of funding on September 21, 2023. The transaction included participation from new investor, Arbeit-Times Co., Ltd..
Arbeit-Times Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the information provision business and the sales promotion support business. The Company operates through two segments. The Information Provision segment is engaged in the operation and sale of job information magazines and job information websites and sale of recruitment management systems. The Information Provision segment publishes the mainstay DOMO job information magazine and the DOMO Leaf joint job flier and operates and sells the DOMO NET job information website. The Company also operates Wagasha de DOMO, an owned media that provides a recruitment management system. The Sales Promotion Support segment commercializes its know-how in the distribution of free newspapers and provide a service to set up racks at supermarkets, train stations, shopping centers, universities, and other places that attract customers, and post free newspapers and pamphlets published by various businesses.
