Fitch Ratings affirmed
AC's credit rating
Monterrey, Mexico, July 20th, 2021. - As a result of its solid financial position and positive operating performance, the credit rating agency Fitch Ratings affirmed the long-term foreign and local currency issuer default ratings of Arca Continental, its subsidiary AC Bebidas and Arca Continental Lindley at "A". In addition, Fitch has also affirmed the national scale ratings of Arca Continental and AC Bebidas at "AAA(mex)", the highest rating granted to a Mexican issuer.
Fitch Ratings also highlighted that the rating outlook is Stable.
"The rating affirmation reflects Arca Continental's resilient capital structure and operating results despite the challenges associated with lockdowns and social mobility restrictions brought about by the coronavirus pandemic", commented Fitch Ratings.
The rating agency expects the company's financial position will remain solid with low leverage metrics, sound free cash flow (FCF) generation and strong liquidity position.
