An unknown buyer agreed to acquire 11% stake in ITOAM SAS from Arcario AB for approximately SEK 19.5 million on March 14, 2024. Arcario AB has agreed to sell 21,325 shares in ITOAM SAS, the company behind LN Markets and DLC markets, for cash equivalent to SEK 19.5 million ($1.9 million). This reduces Arcario?s stake in ITOAM from around 13% to around 2%.
The sale results in a profit of SEK 4.4 million for Arcario. The cash realised from the sale will primarily be used to reduce Arcario?s debt.
