Archrock, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.165 per share of common stock, or $0.66 per share on an annualized basis. The fourth quarter 2023 dividend will be paid on February 13, 2024 to all stockholders of record on February 6, 2024.
The fourth quarter 2023 dividend per share amount represents an increase of 6.5% over the Archrock third quarter 2023 dividend level and an increase of 10% over the Archrock fourth quarter 2022 dividend level.

The Company is a provider of natural gas compression services to customers in the energy industry throughout. the United States. It is a supplier of aftermarket services to customers that own compression equipment. Its segments include Contract Operations and Aftermarket Services. It provides comprehensive contract operations services, such as personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supplies to meet its customerâs natural gas compression needs.
