An undisclosed buyer entered into an agreement to acquire block of eight apartments from Arcona Property Fund N.V. (ENXTAM:MERE) for €1 million on February 25, 2020. The sale is expected to be completed in March 2020. The proceeds will be used to repay the bank loan from Alpha Bank.
