Ardmore Shipping Corporation announced that Director Dr. Peter Swift, in line with the Company's director retirement policy, is retiring from the board of directors and as a member of the board's compensation committee, at the Company's 2020 annual general meeting, which is expected to be held in May 2020.
On February 11, 2020, the company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2019, based on the Company's policy of paying out dividends equal to 60% of earnings from continuing operations. The dividend is payable on February 28, 2020 to all shareholders of record on February 21, 2020.
