An unknown buyer entered into a contract to acquire two healthcare properties at Caboolture, QLD and Bondi, NSW from Arena REIT (ASX:ARF) for approximately AUD 33 million on December 31, 2022. Proceeds from the sale of approximately AUD 33 million will be reinvested into Arena?s development projects.
