On April 26, 2024, Jean-Claude Le Lan declared to the AMF that he had crossed, directly and indirectly via Kerlan, a company he controls, the thresholds of 30% of the capital and voting rights of Argan, and that he held, directly and indirectly, 29.11% of this company's capital and voting rights (i.e. 27.54% for Kerlan and 1.57% for Jean-Claude Le Lan).

The AMF press release states that the Le Lan family group has not crossed any threshold and holds, directly and indirectly via Kerlan, 36.79% of Argan's capital and voting rights.
