These will be distributed across two buildings with 7-14 floors and a basis. NCC and Aros Bostad entered into a partnering agreement in December 2017 to develop Invernesshoj den in southern Danderyd, a new residential neighborhood with more than 400 apartments.

The first phase, which was completed by NCC in 2021, comprised 86 tenant-owned apartments across two apartment buildings. In 2022, the second phase began and is currently in production and encompasses 153 tenant-owned apartments.
