Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. announced that L. Heath Sampson notified the Board of Directors of ADES that he plans to resign as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective June 30, 2020 to pursue other interests. On March 27, 2020, the Board appointed Greg P. Marken, the Company's current Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary as interim President and Chief Executive Officer, effective as of July 1, 2020, upon successful completion of an orderly transition process.
Arq, Inc. is an environmental technology company. The Company is principally engaged in the sale of consumable air, water, and soil treatment solutions including activated carbon (AC) and chemical technologies. Its AC products enable customers to reduce air, water, and soil contaminants, including mercury, per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and other pollutants to meet the challenges of air quality and water regulations. It manufactures and sells AC and other chemicals used to capture and remove contaminants for the coal-fired power generation, industrial, municipal water and air, water and soil treatment and remediation markets.
