AS RIGAS KUGU BUVETAVA Changes board/management/auditors On changes in the composition of the Council
The Board of Directors of AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava" informs that in the Extraordinary Shareholder's meeting on May 15th, 2024, the Council in a new composition was elected.
Irina Meļņika holds the positions of the Member of the Board and the Member of the Council in several commercial companies, including SIA "Eironams" and AS "Remars-Rīga", as well as is a shareholder thereof. Irina Meļņika directly owns 0.3601% of the total number of voting shares of AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava", as well as 49.8556% of the total number of voting shares of as AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava" based on indirectly acquired participation.
Abik Elkins has graduated from the Baltic International Academy, obtaining the qualification of a lawyer. Since 1989 Abiks Elkinsworking as a journalist in various media in Latvia, as well as advising commercial companies in the field of public relations. He has held the position of the Member of the Council of AS "Remars-Rīga" and advisor for AS "Remars-Rīga" on public relations issues. Abiks Elkins is not a shareholder of AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava".
Einars Buks has graduated from Riga Technical university in 1991, obtaining the qualification of an engineer economist. Until 2007 Einārs Buks held the position of Head of Trade Division in SIA "Cemex", whereas from 2010 up to 2024 he held the position of the Member of the Board of AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava". Einars Buks is not a shareholder of AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava".
Romāns Asmiņins held position of the project manager in several commercial companies between 2006 and 2015, including SIA "Riga Port Terminal"and SIA "Rīgas Centrālais Termināls", whereas from 2015 to 2018 he held the position of Head of Internal Control Division in AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava"and AS "Tosmares kuģubūvētava". Romāns Asmiņinsis not a shareholder of AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava".
Igor Zadoja studied at the Latvian College of Business, ISMA University of Applied Sciences and VIA University College, studying business management. Between 2017 and 2020 he held position of the project manager in several commercial companies, including AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava", SIA "Eiro Welding" and SIA "Pārtika.lv". Igors Zadoja is not a shareholder of AS "Rīgas kuģu būvētava".
