Wopfinger Transportbeton Ges.M.B.H. agreed to acquire Transportbeton Gesellschaft M.B.H. & Co. Komm. Ges. from Asamer Baustoffe AG and others on July 22, 2016. In a related transaction Wopfinger agreed to acquire Perlmooser Beton Gmbh. The approval of BWB, Austrian Competition Authority is expected by the end of the third quarter.
