Declaration of Final Dividend
Ordinary Shares
Notice is hereby given that the board of directors of ASCENCIA LIMITED (the 'Company') has declared a final dividend of Rs 0.55 per share payable to ordinary shareholders. This dividend is in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2023 and will be payable in full to all ordinary shareholders of the Company registered at the close of business on 26 May 2023.
The payment of this dividend will take place on or about the 12 June 2023.
The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market day of 23 May 2023 and ex-dividend on 24 May 2023.
