Asia Metal Public Company Limited Approves Dividend, Payable on May 25, 2017; Appoints Methikan Chutiphongsiri as New Director

Asia Metal Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on February 28, 2017, the board has approved the dividend of THB 0.20 per share to shareholders whose names appear on the record date on May 9, 2017 payable on May 25, 2017.

The company also approved the appointment of Mrs. Methikan Chutiphongsiri as new director.
