DELISTING OF ASIA PACIFIC BREWERIES LIMITED
The Board of Directors of Asia Pacific Breweries Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 17 January 2013 in relation to the exercise by Heineken International B.V. (the "Offeror") of its rights under Section 215(1) of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore, to compulsorily acquire all the issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company held by the shareholders who have not accepted the mandatory unconditional cash offer by the Offeror for the Company (the "Compulsory Acquisition Exercise").
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Compulsory Acquisition Exercise has been completed on 20 February 2013 and that the SGX-ST has confirmed that the date of the delisting of the Company from the Main Board of the SGX-ST will take effect on 22 February 2013.
Accordingly, the Company will be delisted from the Main Board of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. (Singapore time) on 22 February 2013.
