The Property development segment is engaged in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Company's property development is focused on the market comprising mixed development of commercial shops and high-rise residential projects in Klang Valley (KV) and Kota Kinabalu (KK). The Land and office properties segment includes rental and capital appreciation. The Company is engaged in the operation of car parking. The Mall operations segment is engaged in the mall leasing and operation.
