ATCO Ltd. Declares First Quarter Dividend on Class I Non-Voting and Class II Voting Shares, Payable on March 31, 2013

The Board of Directors of ATCO Ltd. declared a first quarter dividend of 37.5 cents per Class I Non-Voting and Class II Voting share, a 15% increase over the 32.75 cents paid in each of the previous four quarters. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 8, 2013.
