insider in Atlantic Sapphire ASA, has today acquired 2,700 shares in Atlantic
Sapphire ASA at an average price of NOK 95.2 per share. Following the
transaction, Mr. Øyehaug holds 12 105 shares in the Company, corresponding to
0.0% of the total shares outstanding and 28,861 options in the Company.

Tone Bjørnov, Board member and primary insider in Atlantic Sapphire ASA, has
today acquired 2,500 shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA at an average price of NOK
95.0 per share. Following the transaction, Ms. Bjornov holds 6,250 shares in the
Company, corresponding to 0.0% of the total shares outstanding in the Company.

Damien Claire, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and primary insider in Atlantic
Sapphire ASA, has today acquired 1,600 shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA at an
average price of USD 11.44 per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Claire
holds 177,470 shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.2% of the total shares
outstanding and 108,644 options in the Company.
