Atlantic Sapphire ASA announced that it has received NOK 595 million in funding from Strawberry Capital AS, Asinvest AS and other investors.

Atlantic Sapphire ASA announced a private placement of 119,000,000 common shares at an issue price of NOK 5 per share for the gross proceeds of NOK 595,000,000 on March 16, 2023. The transaction included participation from Strawberry Capital AS allotted 14,047,540 common shares for the gross proceeds of NOK 108,058,000, Asinvest AS allotted 1,240,000 common shares for the gross proceeds of NOK 6,200,000, individual investors Jon-Birger Løvik allotted 200,000 common shares for the gross proceeds of NOK 1,000,000, Svein Taklo allotted 50,000 common shares for the gross proceeds of NOK 250,000 and Tone Bjørnov alloted 10,000 common shares for the gross proceeds of NOK 50,000. The transaction has been approved by extraordinary general meeting of the company.
