Atlas Copco AB (OM:ATCO A) said on Monday it will launch a voluntary takeover offer for German robotics company Isra Vision AG (ETR:ISR), valuing it at €1.09 billion ($1.19bn) in enterprise terms. The bid is supported by the target company's management and supervisory boards. The buyer plans to delist the German firm following the closing of the takeover offer, in line with the business combination agreement the two companies have signed with a view to creating a new division for Isra within Atlas' business area industrial technique.
