Atrium Ljungberg AB (publ) reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 661 million compared to SEK 555 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 1,040 million compared to SEK 643 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 432 million compared to SEK 627 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 3.42 compared to SEK 4.96 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was SEK 1,879 million compared to SEK 1,692 million a year ago. Revenue was SEK 2,362 million compared to SEK 2,389 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 5,305 million compared to SEK 2,318 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 42.02 compared to SEK 18.28 a year ago.

The Company is engaged in the ownership, development and management of real estate property, principally in Stockholm, Malmo and Uppsala in Sweden. The Company also owns properties in Ostersund, Vasteras and Halmstad. Its property portfolio is comprised of office and retail properties, as well as residential real estate.
