AudioEye, Inc. announced that on December 8, 2023, the Company and Mikel Chertudi, the Company?s Chief Customer and Revenue Officer, mutually agreed that Mr. Chertudi?s employment with the Company terminated. The Company expects Mr. Chertudi?s duties will be handled by existing employees.
