Advantech Co., Ltd. (TWSE:2395) made an offer to acquire AURES Technologies S.A. (ENXTPA:ALAUR) for ?26.4 million on April 26, 2024. The offer price per share is ?6.7. Advantech intends to finance the acquisition with its own capital. If the tender offer cross over 90%, Aures will be evaluated to delist.
Advantech Board approved the transaction. Lin Chang-Yu of Trust and Assist CPAs acted as an accountant to Advantech.
