Chairman of Australian Vintage Limited. Mr. Ian Ferrier and Non- Executive Director, Mr. Brian McGuigan have announced their retirement from the Board. The Board of AVL announced the appointment of Mr. Richard Davis as the Chairman of the Board, effective 1 June 2015.
Mr. Davis joined the AVL board as a non-executive director in May 2009 following 20 years at InvoCare Limited where Mr. Davis was Chief Executive Officer.
