Autek China Inc. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire a 39% stake in Shenzhen Mingmou Ruishi Eye Clinic from Zhao Xiaoting, and Li Xianting for CNY 20.7 million.

Autek China Inc. (SZSE:300595) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire a 39% stake in Shenzhen Mingmou Ruishi Eye Clinic from Zhao Xiaoting, and Li Xianting for CNY 20.7 million on June 16, 2023. As part of the transaction, Autek China will acquire 19.89% stake from Zhao Xiaoting and 19.11% stake from Li Xianting. After the acquisition, Autek China's stake in Shenzhen Mingmou Ruishi will be 39%.

In related transactions, Autek China agreed to acquire 12 companies. Shenzhen Mingmou Ruishi reported Total assets of CNY 14.5106 million, Net Assets of CNY 12.9619 million, Revenue of CNY 6.6737 million, Operating profit of CNY 3.3275 million and Net profit of CNY 3.2134 million for the year ended December 31, 2022.
