REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION - AVENIRA LIMITED

Avenira Limited ('Avenira' or 'the Company') refers to its trading halt request dated 8 March 2024 and request for voluntary suspension dated 12 March 2024.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, Avenira requests its voluntary suspension of securities be extended effective from the commencement of trading on Thursday 14 March 2024, pending release of an update to Avenira's original ASX Announcement on 8 March 2024.

The Company provides the following information regarding this request: The reason for the voluntary suspension is to finalise matters in relation to a loan repayment to Au Xingao Investment Pty Ltd.

The Company requests for the voluntary suspension to continue until the earlier of commencement of trading on Tuesday 19 March 2024 or when the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 is released to the market.

The event which will end the voluntary suspension is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, or any other information necessary to inform the market about the requested voluntary suspension.

Avenira Limited is an Australia-based battery cathode and fertilizer focused project developer, aiming to develop the Wonarah Phosphate Project and to build the LFP Battery Cathode Plant. Its segments include Wonarah and Jundee South. Its projects include Wonarah Direct Shipping Ore (DSO) Phosphate Project and Jundee Project. The DSO Phosphate Project, which focuses on mining and selling high-grade phosphate ore from its Tier 1, 100% owned Wonarah Phosphate Mine. The project is designed as a simple open cut, mining operation. The Jundee South Gold Project is located in the North-Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. The tenement package covers more than 1,586 square kilometers of the Yandal Greenstone Belt and includes tenements within five kilometers (km) of the Jundee, Bronzewing, and Darlot gold mines. The Jundee South Gold Project forms part of the package of tenements in the Yandal Region held by the Company, which stretch from Jundee in the north to Darlot in the south.
