The transaction included participation from new investors Beijing Shunxi Equity Investment Fund (L.P.), a fund managed by Beijing Shunxi Venture Capital Fund Management Co.,Ltd., Xi'an Longding Investment Management Co., Ltd., AVIC Industry-Finance Holdings Co., Ltd., Aerospace Science and Industry Investment Fund Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Taizhou Wanchuang Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership).
