B-Scada, Inc. has announced the release of the new version of its SCADA application, Status Enterprise v4.0. With an impressive array of new features and enhancements including an all-new CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) module. Of course, B-Scada is no stranger to revolutionary software technology. When Status Enterprise was first released in 2014, it was among the first SCADA applications to employ information modeling (using OPC UA) for greater flexibility, among the first to employ HTML5 for web applications that work on any device, and to recognize the need for SCADA to expand beyond the factory floor to bring real-time intelligence to the people who need it, whenever and wherever they may be.

With version 4.0, Status Enterprise has changed the game again. The new CMMS module now integrates basic maintenance management capabilities with a world class SCADA solution. Status Enterprise users can now have work orders generated automatically from real time data using workflow, have those work orders assigned to maintenance staff and have the work orders associated with equipment.

The CMMS module is industry friendly, being compatible with ISA-95 interfaces. As always, the new module is fully integrated into the Status Enterprise platform to allow integration with your information model and all alarms and notifications, workflow events and tasks, calculations, reports, and of course B-Scada's world-class visualization tools. In addition to the CMMS module, Status Enterprise 4.0 also includes a number of additional new features including trend and alarming enhancements, new designer controls, and improved performance.
