Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited agreed to acquire InstantScripts Pty Ltd from Bailador Technology Investments Limited and others for approximately AUD 140 million.

Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited agreed to acquire InstantScripts Pty Ltd from Bailador Technology Investments Limited and others for approximately AUD 140 million on June 13, 2023. As part of the transaction, Bailador Technology Investments Limited (ASX:BTI) will receive approximately AUD 52 million. The deal is expected to be completed in early July 2023.
