Balkrishna Industries Limited announced that from 'DIR-8' received from Mr. Sachindra Nath Chaturvedi (independent director) dated October 13, 2017 confirming that has incurred disqualification under section 164(2) of the comapnies Act, 2013, read with the provisions of Section 167 of the Companies Act, 2013, he has deemed to have vacated his office as a director of the company.
