BMPS BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTS THE NEW CHIEF AUDIT EXECUTIVE
Siena, 26 April 2021 - At today's meeting, the Board of Directors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. (the "Bank"), after verifying the requirements of integrity and the criteria of correctness and competence pursuant to the Ministerial Decree 169/2020, appointed, with effect from 1 May 2021, Massimiliano Bosio, current Head of the Organization Area, as the new Chief Audit Executive, replacing Pierfrancesco Cocco, who will cease his employment relationship on 30 April 2021.
The Bank thanks Pierfrancesco Cocco for the important contribution provided.
The appointment of Massimiliano Bosio is consistent with the company's policies concerning enhancement and growth of internal professionalism.
