2021 Corporate Events Calendar

Milan, 29 January 2021 - In compliance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and, further to the news release issued on 30 January 2017, Banco BPM S.p.A. herewith announces the 2021 corporate events calendar, as specified below:

9 February 2021	Approval of the 2020 draft annual report and consolidated financial
	statement
15 April 2021	Shareholders' Meeting
6 May 2021	Approval of additional periodic information as at 31 March 2021
5 August 2021	Approval of half-yearly report as at 30 June 2021
4 November 2021	Approval of additional periodic information as at 30 September 2021

The Board of Directors, pursuant to art. 41.1 of the Articles of Association, has designated the town of Lodi as the venue for the Annual General Meeting.

In compliance with the provisions of the Instructions to the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana, notice is hereby given that in case a dividend should be approved - in compliance with the recommendations made by the European Central Bank regarding the distribution of dividends in the current Covid-driven epidemiological emergency context - it would be paid in the month of April 2021. It is pointed out that this communication is made solely to satisfy the requirements of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and, therefore, should not be interpreted in any way whatsoever as a prediction that the conditions will exist for the distribution of dividends in the current and/or in future years.
