(BOVESPA:BPAC3) and Santander Corretora de Seguros, Investimentos e Serviços S.A. agreed to acquire unknown minority stake in Csd Central De Servicos De Registro E Deposito Aos Mercados Financeiro E De Capitais S.A on January 24, 2022. Brazilian Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios (CVM) has been informed that the deal must still meet all conditions and secure all approvals, including that from Banco Central do Brasil.
