Banco Hipotecario S.A. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest loss was ARS 22,932.93 million compared to ARS 15,014.4 million a year ago. Net income was ARS 1,936.46 million compared to ARS 1,495.02 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was ARS 1.313 compared to ARS 1.015 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was ARS 1.313 compared to ARS 1.015 a year ago.
For the nine months, net interest loss was ARS 47,857.34 million compared to ARS 20,135.4 million a year ago. Net income was ARS 13,450.9 million compared to ARS 9,450.68 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was ARS 9.122 compared to ARS 6.416 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was ARS 9.122 compared to ARS 6.416 a year ago.
