Banking in 2021: Apply to the Santander Universidades Academy

Santander Bank Polska in cooperation with the University of Economics in Kraków invites you to participate in the Santander Universidades Academy - a series of webinars on broadly understood banking which will be conducted, among others, by Members of the Management Board and executives of Santander Bank Polska.

The Santander Universidades Academy is a unique educational initiative through which you will be able to find out what it is like to work in banking in 2021, at a time of challenges that are largely attributable to pandemics and growing threats related to cyber security and legislation. These and many other aspects specific to working in a financial institution will be discussed by leaders of Santander Bank Polska during a series of webinars. During the meetings, financial, economic, technological as well as leadership and personal development topics will be discussed. Additionally, the first meeting will be hosted by Javier Roglá-Puig, Chief Talent Officer of Santander Group and Global Director of Santander Universidades

"The Santander Universidades Academy is a perfect example of how we at Santander Bank Polska approach education and development. We have been supporting the academic community financially for many years, but we also share the knowledge and experience of our employees. Dozens of initiatives such as classes, workshops, lectures or training sessions take place every year. The Academy involves senior managers and it is a unique opportunity for students to look at the bank through the eyes of the top management," says Wojciech Leśniewski, Director of Santander Universidades in Poland.

The event aims to inspire development, share knowledge among practitioners and promote the idea of lifelong learning. Santander Universidades Academy has been attracting the interest of students and graduates for many years. The previous edition of the Academy was attended by 800 students from more than 70 universities in Poland.

The webinars during this year's edition will take place from November 4 to December 2, 2021.
