Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company (CSE:BOCH) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 7,343,249 shares, representing 1.6% of its issued share capital, for ?25 million. The purpose of the program is to reduce the company's share capital and therefore Shares purchased under the program will be cancelled.
The program will be valid until March 14, 2025.
