Bank of Kaohsiung Co., Ltd. announced resignation of Li-Jen Lien as Independent Managing Director. Reason for the change is Career planning. Original term: May 25, 2023 to May 24, 2026.
The Independent Managing Director resigned from April 12, 2024.
