Bank of the Ryukyus Ltd. (TSE:8399) agreed to acquire remaining 95% stake in Okinawa Credit Service Co.,Ltd. from Ryucom Co., Ltd. for ¥32 million on April 2, 2015. Bank of the Ryukyus Ltd. will acquire 380 shares. Bank of the Ryukyus Ltd. will operate Okinawa Credit Service Co.,Ltd as its wholly owned subsidiary. The tentative contract conclusion date is April 2, 2015. Board of Directors of Bank of the Ryukyus Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on April 2, 2015. The transaction is expected to close on April 3, 2015.
