BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. declared a second interim cash dividend of 3.965 pence per share for the period 1 July - 31 December 2023, to be paid on 5 April 2024. Payment of this second interim dividend is consistent with the Company's target dividend payment of 7.93 pence per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2023. Ex-Dividend date is February 22, 2024.
Dividend Record date is February 23, 2024. The dividend will be payable on April 5, 2024.
