Shandong Befar Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 30.8% stake in Binzhou Bincheng Tiancheng Small Loan Co., Ltd. from Befar Group Co.,Ltd (SHSE:601678) for CNY 29.5 million on June 5, 2023. As of April 30, 2023, Binzhou Bincheng Tiancheng reported total assets of CNY 96 million and net assets of CNY 95 million.
Befar Group Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the production, processing and sales of chemical products. The Company's main products include caustic soda, propylene oxide, dichloropropane solvent, trichlorethylene, additives, fly ash bricks, raw salt and woven bags, among others. The Company's products are mainly used in light industry, chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and petroleum industries. The Company is also involved in the production and sales of electricity and steam through its subsidiaries. The Company mainly sells its products in domestic and overseas markets.
