Beijer Alma AB Proposes Dividend, Payable from March 29, 2018; Announces Board Changes

The Board of Directors of Beijer Alma AB (publ) proposed that the Annual General Meeting approve a dividend of SEK 9.50 per share (previous year: SEK 9.50 per share). The proposed record date for dividends is March 26, 2018. If the Annual General Meeting votes in accordance with this motion, dividends are expected to be paid out through Euroclear commencing March 29, 2018.
The Nomination Committee proposed that the Board of Directors comprise seven regular members and no deputy members. Peter Nilsson has declined re-election. The Nomination Committee proposes that Cecilia Wikström be elected as a new director. The Nomination Committee proposes that Johan Wall be elected Chairman of the Board. Cecilia Wikström is a Member of the European Parliament and has served as Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs since 2017. She previously served as a Member of the Swedish Riksdag, and worked as an executive recruiter in the private sector. Cecilia Wikström previously served as a member of the Board at Uppsala University and now at Örebro University. She was born in 1965 and holds a Bachelor of Theology from Uppsala University.
