Beijer Alma AB (publ) reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was SEK 1,460.9 million compared to SEK 1,135.3 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 175.1 million compared to SEK 147.9 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.34 compared to SEK 2.49 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 2.34. Basic earnings per share was SEK 2.91 compared to SEK 2.45 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was SEK 2.91.
For the six months, sales was SEK 2,920.9 million compared to SEK 2,214.3 million a year ago. Net income was SEK 354.3 million compared to SEK 312.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 4.89 compared to SEK 4.88 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was SEK 4.89. Basic earnings per share was SEK 5.88 compared to SEK 5.18 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was SEK 5.88.
