Beijer Alma AB Proposes Dividend for the Year 2019, to Be Paid Out Through Euroclear Commencing April 1, 2020

Beijer Alma AB (publ) announced Board proposes that the AGM approve a dividend of SEK 5.10 per share for the year 2019 compared to SEK 5.10 per share paid in last year. The proposed record date for dividends is March 27, 2020. If the Annual General Meeting votes in accordance with this motion, dividends are expected to be paid out through Euroclear commencing April 1, 2020.
