Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Limited (SEHK:579) entered into the sale and purchase agreement to acquire China Primary Energy (Shenzhen) Limited from China Primary Energy Holdings Limited (SEHK:8117) for CNY 42.1 million on April 26, 2021. Under the terms, will pay CNY 1 million within thirty working days from the effective date of the sale and purchase agreement, CNY 25.99867325 million will be within thirty working days upon completion of relevant registration and remaining balance of the consideration shall be paid by the Beijing Jingneng Clean Energy Co., Limited to the China Primary Energy Holdings Limited within thirty working days after settlement of consideration CNY 25.998 million.
