Sichuan Yongxiang New Energy announced that it expects to receive CNY 2.99 billion in funding from Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Yongxiang Co., Ltd.

Sichuan Yongxiang New Energy announced that it will receive CNY 2,990,000,000 in an equity round of funding on November 3, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. which will invest CNY 450,000,000 Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd. which will invest CNY 1,020,000,000 and Sichuan Yongxiang Co., Ltd. which will invest CNY 1,520,000,000. Post the closing, Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. will hold 15% stake, Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd. will hold 34% stake and Sichuan Yongxiang Co., Ltd. will hold 51% stake in the company. As a part of the transaction, the company will increase the registered capital of the project company to CNY 300,000.
Beijing Jingyuntong Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the manufacturing of semiconductor and photovoltaic precision equipments. The Company's main businesses include the equipment manufacturing, new energy power generation, new materials, as well as the energy saving and environmental protection businesses, among others. The Company's main products include the monocrystalline silicon growth furnaces and polysilicon ingot furnaces, as well as silicon rods, ingots and silicon wafers. Its products are mainly used in the production of polycrystalline silicon ingots, monocrystalline silicon rods, solar grade silicon and solar cells, among others.
