Gabriella Lojacono resigns from the board of Bellini Nautica.

(Alliance News) - Bellini Nautica Spa announced Monday that independent board member Gabriella Lojacono has resigned, effective immediately, for personal reasons.

Lojacono does not hold shares in the company.

Bellini Nautica's stock closed Monday up 3.1 percent to EUR1.67 per share.

Bellini Nautica SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the sale of both new and used yachts and speed boats. The Company focuses primarily on the sale of new Cranchi yachts and used Riva speed boats, dinghies and motor boats.
