BELLSYSTEM24 Holdings, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for six months ended August 31, 2017. For the period, the company's revenue was ¥57,145 million against ¥54,266 million a year ago. Operating income was ¥4,387 million against ¥4,289 million a year ago. Income before income tax was ¥3,909 million against ¥3,810 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of the parent was ¥2,533 million against ¥2,408 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share attributable to the parent were ¥34.36 against ¥32.77 a year ago. Ratio of equity attributable to owners of the parent was 29.4% against 28.9% a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was ¥4,433 million against ¥3,831 million a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was ¥389 million against ¥615 million a year ago. Purchase of intangible assets was ¥1,080 million against ¥367 million a year ago.
For fiscal year ending February 28, 2018, the company expects revenue of ¥116,100 million, operating income of ¥9,300 million, income before income tax of ¥8,310 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥5,310 million or ¥72.53 per basic share.
For second quarter of 2018, the company announced dividend of ¥18.00 per share, payable on November 14, 2017.
The company expects year end dividend of ¥18.00 per share for the fiscal year 2018.
