BeNEXT Group Inc. (TSE:2154) agreed to acquire Arrow Trust Systems Co.,Ltd. from TKTH Investment Limited Partnership for ¥1.3 billion on December 18, 2020. For the year ended March 31, 2020, Arrow Trust Systems Co.,Ltd. reported total assets of ¥1.66 billion, net assets of ¥51 million, total sales of ¥2.7 billion and net profit of ¥50 million. The transaction is expected to close on January 6, 2021.
