Kindly refer to the fact that Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (the "Company") had conducted the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 50 million newly-issued ordinary shares at the offering price of Baht 10.00 per share from 27 - 29 November 2021, and listed the Company's ordinary shares on the Market for Alternative Investment on 8 November 2021 which the Company received proceeds from the IPO totaling Baht 484.18 million (after deducting all IPO-related expenses).

In this regard, the Company would like to report its utilization of the aforementioned proceeds as of 30 June 2022 as follows:
