Coocha Co., Ltd. acquired 5.17% stake in Dayli BlockChain Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A139050) from Yello Mobile Inc. for KRW 4.9 billion on June 8, 2018. A total of 1.5 million shares were acquired as part of the deal for KRW 3290 per share. Yello Mobile Inc reduced its stake from 37.9% stake to 32.8% stake after the deal.
